CTE Courses

Trousdale County is proud to offer students the following CTE programs of study with state aligned industry credentials in each program :

1. Agribusiness - OSHA-10 & Briggs & Stratton Basic Small Engine
2. Mechatronics -  OSHA-10 & Siemens Level 1
3. Nursing Services OSHA-10 & Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
4. Office Management - Microsoft Office Specialist - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
5. Teaching as a Profession (K-12) - ParaPro Assessment & Education Fundamentals

 

We have several students who take advantage of courses offered through TCAT in Hartsville.  Courses include:

2. Automotive Technology
3. Computer Information Technology
4. Industrial Maintenance
5. Machine Tool Technology
6. Welding

 

Trousdale County has partnered with the following post-secondary institutions for dual enrollment opportunities:

Cumberland University - Students entering the Teaching as a Profession program of study will take Education as a Profession and Exceptional & Culturally Diverse Students during their Junior year.

UT Martin - Students on the Ag pathway will take Introduction to Agricultural Business & Introduction to Agricultural Sales during their Senior year.
